国際信号旗は、海上での船舶間の通信に用いられる世界共通の旗です。
使い方については「国際信号書」に書かれています。
国際信号旗は、全部で40枚あり、１枚から複数枚の組み合わせで使用します。
今回は、旗の種類と１字信号を紹介します。
